While we do not anticipate that you will have any problems with your Aria instrument, unexpected things will sometimes happen. If you find yourself with an issue that is keeping you from creating the best music of your life, we want to help you get it resolved as quickly and as hassle-free as possible.
Sometimes the quickest and best way to get a problem taken care of is to contact the store who sold you your Aria. They can often diagnose and correct your issue fast. If your Aria dealer is unable to help you, or is too far away from where you live, you can contact us for the name of the nearest Aria service center. Very rarely your situation may require you to send your instrument to Dana B. Goods, the exclusive US distributor for all Aria products. Dana B. Goods' has an incredible team of technicians who can repair your guitar or bass and get you back on stage or in the studio. Dana Teague has many years of guitar repair experience and, best of all, he is an accomplished player himself. He understands guitars and basses from both a player and a builder perspective, which is incredibly valuable when it comes to repairing instruments.
